RENOMIA launches their newest app HELP+ASSIST.

Drivers will now be able to resolve their insurance claims quicker and easier than ever before with the HELP+ASSIST app
The app transfers the whole insurance claim process online, guiding the drivers in filling out relevant information, including a walk-through of needed photo documentation to make the insurance claim as transparent as possible. In addition, the app will transmit inserted data in real-time, resulting in a faster settlement of insurance claims.
The app's benefits are foremost a fully and accurately recorded accident documentation, the European Traffic Accident Record, complete with location, time, incident details, photo proof, and all other requirements. Secondly, drivers benefit from assistance services by authorized providers, communication at the scene of the incident with professional legal advice or interpretation, and quick notification of damage to a dedicated RENOMIA liquidation specialist taking care of the client.
The application is free for companies and businesses who have taken out fleet or motor vehicle insurance with RENOMIA. Within the service, RENOMIA also includes 24/7 telephone legal consultation to provide an initial legal assessment of the accident, for which the driver can call directly from the mobile application. RENOMIA also covers the cost of interpretation and translation services.
The HELP+ASSIST app is available on both iOS and Android platforms.
