01Defining the problem and scope
At the start of any new adventure, we dedicate our time and attention to our client and their ideas. Listening to the client’s goals and aligning on the project's scope is crucial to prevent any future mishaps.02Research & Collection of information
When we get an assignment, we do our research. We collect all the information we need to do our job right from our clients while researching the market, the competitors, and the user’s needs to get a complete round picture.03Information analysis & Approach
Once gathered, we analyse all our sources and create an appropriate roadmap to meet all defined demands. We create mood boards and user profiles, prioritize the user’s needs, and create an all-entailing customer journey.04Testing & Client feedback
Once we have our first design drafts, we go back to our clients for feedback and test our outputs on selected persons in controlled user testing. We value all comments and reactions and embed all inputs that will improve our final deliverables.05Final design adjustments & Delivery
We review our designs several times before making our final delivery. We then usually transfer our work to our software development teams. We present the outcomes and findings to our clients, and we are more than happy to answer all questions they might have.
